    If you move--whether it's across the street or across the country--your membership includes (at no extra cost) a convenient address change notification service. Just call our toll-free number in advance of your move and provide your new information, and we will notify all of your card companies of your new address and the date of your move. That way, you won't risk interruption of receipt of bills, sale notices, etc. We'll even handle any name changes (resulting from marriage, divorce, etc.) in a similar manner.

    WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CARDS ARE LOST OR STOLEN
    As soon as you can get to a telephone, call 1-888-764-6972. Our customer service representatives will ask you a security question (typically your city of birth) to help verify your identity, along with some information regarding your card data to ensure the accuracy of our records. Then we'll take over--and you can relax. We will notify each of your card companies, tell them about your card loss/theft, and request that they reissue your card as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you. Then we'll mail you a complete report, confirming exactly what we did on your behalf. Remember, we're on your side.

    WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET NEW CARDS
    You may add new cards or delete cancelled cards from your list of registered cards at any time, at no additional cost. Simply write to us at the address provided and request an additional Credit Card Registration Form. To ensure accuracy, please provide the card name, card number, cardholder name, and the name of the issuing bank for each new card you add. Remember, you may register as many cards as you wish at no additional cost.

    GUARANTEE OF NON-RESPONSIBILITY
    In a nutshell, from the time you notify us of your card loss/theft by making a single toll-free call, your liability for unauthorized card use becomes our problem. We guarantee your reimbursement for any fraud liability charges assessed to you as a result of any fraudulent charges made after you call us.

    EMERGENCY CASH ADVANCE
    If you should lose your cards and cash far from home, there's no need to worry. We will wire up to $2,500.00 cash to you anywhere in the United States. The following restrictions apply: you must have registered your cards with Credit Radar prior to your request; be at least 100 miles from home at the time of request; have an available line of credit; and have reported all of your registered cards lost within 24 hours prior to your request. Cash will be arranged for your pickup at one of thousands of convenient locations nearest to where you are at the time, typically within one to four hours of your request.

    PRE-PAID AIRLINE TICKETS
    In addition to an emergency cash advance, we can arrange to have pre-paid airline tickets to your hometown for you and your family--with payment secured by us in advance. The tickets will be available for you to pick up at the airport nearest to where you are at the time. The same restrictions described under "Emergency Cash Advance" apply.

    As a powerful deterrent to unauthorized use of your cards, Credit Radar will pay a reward of $1,000.00 on your behalf to any person who provides information resulting in the arrest and conviction of someone who attempts to use your cards fraudulently.
