At Provell Financial Services, Inc. ("Provell"), we believe in the importance of confidentiality and the protection of your nonpublic personal information. The safekeeping of such information is a priority

Customer Information.
Provell collects and retains only customer information that is necessary or useful to conduct our business and offer quality products and services to our members and clients. We collect nonpublic personal information from the following sources:
  • Our client companies may provide information necessary to offer our products to their customers, such as names, addresses, and telephone numbers.
  • You and other customers may provide information to us in writing or over the phone regarding your transactions with us and your memberships in our programs.
  • We may collect information when customers visit our Web sites.
Security.
Provell maintains appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable law to protect access to your personal information. Industry-standard security technology, such as firewalls and password protection, protects databases and servers used in connection with the transmission of data.

We limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, and contractors with a business reason to know such information. All Provell employees, agents, and contractors with access to nonpublic personal information are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

Disclosure of Information.
We do not disclose specific information about you to non-affiliated third parties, except to process your requests and otherwise as permitted by law. All companies that receive customer information from us are required to use that information only to assist in providing services to customers and clients, and are required to keep such information confidential in accordance with our policies.

Provell may, as permitted by law, share your information with our affiliated companies. We may also disclose information to courts or other governmental authorities as required by law. This may include disclosure in connection with subpoenas, audits, or public record filings.

We exercise special care with customer credit card information. We do not receive credit card information directly from financial institutions, and in many cases never have access to your credit card information. We only transfer files containing such information via the Internet if the file is encrypted using an approved encryption technique.

Client Policies.
Occasionally, our clients may request additional privacy procedures for their customers. These various requirements all place additional limitations on the access and use of nonpublic personal information.

Updated Privacy Policies.
So long as you remain a customer of Provell, we will provide you with annual updates of our privacy policy. If you cancel your Provell membership(s), we will continue to adhere to these policies for your personal information as a former customer.
